Lexington

Well, the long awaited second post is here. It has been some time since my previous post but I am followed by only a small few! As most already know, I work during the week in Lexington KY as a medical device sales rep for Smith and Nephew. I LOVE my job but HATE being away from my family. Life is short and I miss so much of my kids daily lives and it pains me that they are growing up while I am away. The sacrifice, however, is for them.

I love the town but the weather has recently turned bitterly cold and the low for Sunday is -1! Not fun at all and I am sure that my family will NEVER live anywhere in the north....EVER! Hopefully my stay here will not last much longer so that I can find my own territory and reunite with the fam!

All right Ash, I guess I will dedicate my first post to you because I have been your number #1 follower on your blog forever. This blogs sole purpose is so that I can post comments on other blogs and to contribute to my new runnin' buddy Sara B. Quick's running blog. I am excited about my first job as a free lance writer! My post will reflect my running experiences and how I train (or lack there of) for marathons.

But right at this moment, I am taking my oldest son Luke to the creek to throw some rocks and sticks so I must be on my way.
